Art Camp 504 is a nonprofit arts organization, and every party you host with us helps fund creative programming for kids across New Orleans.
How Our Pricing Works
We keep our base packages simple and affordable, then let you add exactly what you want. Whether you're throwing a low-key craft party or a fully themed bash, you only pay for what you need.
Every party includes:
Access to our beautiful event space
Tables, chairs, and sound system
Art Camp hosts to lead your craft activity
A host-led birthday activity (dance, group game, or birthday circle)
Full setup and cleanup of our space
A $50 booking fee secures your date and is added to every booking.

The Custom Studio
Starting at $600 + Custom Quote · Fully Bespoke
Have a vision that goes beyond our standard offerings? A rhinestone t-shirt station, a professional nail-art bar, a magical themed transformation? The Custom Studio is our fully bespoke tier — you dream it, we build it.
Custom Studio bookings begin with a planning call so we can understand your vision and prepare a detailed quote before you commit. The base fee covers hosts, coordinator planning, and the space; everything else (custom materials, additional staff, décor, specialty vendors) is quoted separately.
Just the Space
Starting at $110/hour · 2-hour minimum
Sometimes you just need a great room. You bring the party, we provide the space. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time.
Included: Event space, one staff member on site, tables and chairs, sound system, restrooms and filtered water. Not included: Crafts, activities, food service supplies, tablecloths, décor, setup/cleanup support.
Pricing by group size: Includes children and adults
Up to 25 people: $110/hour
26–40 people: $140/hour + $75 cleaning fee
41+ people: Contact us for a custom quote

Every package includes one craft activity. Choose the level that fits your party.

Custom crafts are only available for the Gallery Gala or Custom Studio tiers, because they require additional planning and staffing.

Staffing
Required staff-to-kid ratio for crafts: 1 host per 8 kids. If your final headcount exceeds your package's built-in staff coverage, additional staff will be added at the rate below.
Additional Art Camp host — $50/hour (2-hour minimum)
Face painter — $75/hour (2-hour minimum)
Nail artist — $75/hour (2-hour minimum)

Pizza order coordination — $25 flat coordination fee, plus pizza cost at receipt (we'll order and receive delivery for you)
Extra craft station (self-serve, no dedicated staff) — $100

A simple Studio Session for 15 kids — $600
Studio Session base: $550
Booking fee: $50
Total: $600
Bring your own tablecloths, plates, and cups. Kids do a Standard craft. Simple and lovely.
A themed Gallery Gala for 24 kids with all the extras — $1,410
Gallery Gala base with Premium craft: $850
Themed goody bags: $360 (24 × $15)
Face painter for 2 hours: $150

A custom nail-art & bedazzle party for 30 kids — Custom Studio quote
Custom Studio base: $600
Custom crafts (nail supplies + bedazzle): quoted at ~$400
3 additional staff at 3 hours each ($50/hr): $450
Custom goody bags: $450 (30 × $15)
Coordinator planning: $200
Booking fee: $50
Total: ~$2,150 (fully quoted after planning call)
How It Works
Tell us about your party. Fill out our booking inquiry form with your date, package, and rough headcount.
Save the date. For standard packages, we'll send an invoice for the $50 booking fee plus a 50% deposit on the base package. For Custom Studio, we'll set up a planning call first, then send a detailed quote.
Plan the details. We'll connect on craft choices, add-ons, and any extras. Your final invoice comes together once we know your headcount and final selections (typically one week out).
Show up and celebrate. Bring the cake and the kids. We've got the rest.
Good to Know
When we host: Sundays during the summer. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the school year.
Party supplies & décor: Bring your own tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and any décor. You're welcome to arrive during your booked setup window to decorate.
Refreshments: Bring your own cake, snacks, and drinks — or add pizza coordination for a small fee.
Headcount: Let us know your final number a week before the party. Additional kids are welcome day-of at the per-child rate.
Deposits and payment: The $50 booking fee plus a 50% deposit on your base package holds your date. The remaining balance and any add-ons are due the week of your party.
Cancellations: The $50 booking fee is non-refundable. Cancel more than three weeks out and we'll fully refund your deposit.
