REFUND POLICY
When you cancel your registration for a class or camp, the non refunded tuition goes towards our scholarship program. Refunds and transfers are self-managed through Active, our registration platform.
All registrations include a 20% non refundable deposit. We offer a 100% refund (including deposit) if canceled within 24 hours after enrollment.
SUMMER CAMP
BEFORE MARCH 1: Select from either a full refund minus 20% deposit to original payment method OR a full refund minus 10% deposit issued as a credit balance to a future class
MARCH 2 - MAY 1:Select from either a 50% refund of total payment (including deposit) to original payment method OR a 60% refund issued as a credit balance to a future class
AFTER MAY 2: Camp is non-refundable
HOLIDAY CAMPS & AFTER SCHOOL CLASSES:
15+ DAYS BEFORE START: Select from either a full refund minus 20% deposit to original payment method OR a full refund minus 10% deposit issued as a credit balance to a future class
14-7 DAYS BEFORE START: Select from either a 50% refund of total payment (including deposit) to original payment method OR a 60% refund issued as a credit balance to a future class
6 OR FEWER DAYS BEFORE START: Class is non-refundable
REFUND EXCEPTIONS:
Families may request an exception to our refund policy based on financial need
Complete this FORM to request a larger refund than provided through our policy. Please email community@artcamp504.org to notify us that you submitted for a refund exception.
TRANSFER POLICY
Transfers are self-managed through Active, our registration platform. There is a $10 fee to transfer to a different class. The price will adjust based on the cost of the class you are transferring into.
There is no fee to transfer within the first 48 hours after purchase
The transfer option is available up until 7 days before the start of the original session
