REFUND POLICY

When you cancel your registration for a class or camp, the non refunded tuition goes towards our scholarship program. Refunds and transfers are self-managed through Active, our registration platform.

All registrations include a 20% non refundable deposit. We offer a 100% refund (including deposit) if canceled within 24 hours after enrollment.

SUMMER CAMP

  • BEFORE MARCH 1: Select from either a full refund minus 20% deposit to original payment method OR a full refund minus 10% deposit issued as a credit balance to a future class

  • MARCH 2 - MAY 1:Select from either a 50% refund of total payment (including deposit) to original payment method OR a 60% refund issued as a credit balance to a future class

  • AFTER MAY 2: Camp is non-refundable

HOLIDAY CAMPS & AFTER SCHOOL CLASSES:

  • 15+ DAYS BEFORE START: Select from either a full refund minus 20% deposit to original payment method OR a full refund minus 10% deposit issued as a credit balance to a future class

  • 14-7 DAYS BEFORE START: Select from either a 50% refund of total payment (including deposit) to original payment method OR a 60% refund issued as a credit balance to a future class

  • 6 OR FEWER DAYS BEFORE START: Class is non-refundable

REFUND EXCEPTIONS:

  • Families may request an exception to our refund policy based on financial need

  • Complete this FORM to request a larger refund than provided through our policy. Please email community@artcamp504.org to notify us that you submitted for a refund exception.

TRANSFER POLICY

Transfers are self-managed through Active, our registration platform. There is a $10 fee to transfer to a different class. The price will adjust based on the cost of the class you are transferring into.

  • There is no fee to transfer within the first 48 hours after purchase

  • The transfer option is available up until 7 days before the start of the original session
