Every year we receive more scholarships requests than we are able to fund. By donating to our Rising Artists Program, you are providing an enriching, rewarding experience for a young artist that would otherwise not have the opportunity. You are also helping provide affordable childcare for families with significant financial need.

The Elliott Club
The Elliott Club at Art Camp 504 was started by family and friends of Elliott Perkins to honor his life and creativity by supporting creative New Orleans kids in pursuit of their wildest Mardi Gras costume dreams. The program underwrites Mardi Gras costume workshops and funds scholarships to ensure that all children can explore their creative expressions.
Our very first Elliott Club Mardi Gras Workshop took place in January and February, 2023. The fund raised $6,570 and subsidized three weekends of workshops. We had over 90 participants and provided 33 full scholarships. All donations go towards subsidizing tuition, hiring artists, and purchasing art supplies.
