Art Camp 504 is dedicated to providing high-quality art education to passionate young artists in New Orleans. Our Rising Artists Scholarship Program offers income-based financial aid for students ages 7–14, ensuring access to our programs for families in need. All information shared in the scholarship application is kept strictly confidential.

RETURNING SCHOLARSHIP STUDENTS:

Must complete the online application for every session you want to attend (after school, holiday, summer camp). As a returning student, you do not need to complete the writing portion or upload documents. You only enter your contact info and the dates you want to attend.

• We have limited funding for each camp week, and cannot guarantee funding if you submit after the deadline

SCHOLARSHIP TIERS: The largest scholarships (50%–90% discounts) are awarded to students demonstrating the greatest financial need. To allow us to assist as many families as possible, please request only the percentage you need to attend.

BEHAVIOR AND ATTENDANCE: All of our students, including those receiving scholarships, are held to high behavior standards. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program.

• We expect scholarship students to attend camp every day. Students with excessive absences or tardiness will not be considered for future scholarships.

For families who do not meet the income requirements for the scholarship program but still require financial assistance, we offer sliding-scale discounts:

• 10% Discount: Use code SLIDING10% at checkout.

No application is required to use these discount codes.

BEFORE & AFTERCARE:

Our scholarship program covers before and aftercare at no cost for families who need extra financial support. No application is required—just let us know at drop-off if your child will be participating. Students do not need to qualify for the Rising Artists program to receive free before/aftercare.
