Camps, classes and creative programs for every age.
In 2016 Art Camp 504 started as a summer art workshop for neighborhood kids. Fast forward 10 years and today our non-profit serves over 1,000 New Orleans kids annually through year-round camps and classes.
Throughout the years, Art Camp 504 has maintained its commitment to making arts accessible by granting needs-based scholarships to 30% of students.
eight Arts Education Tracks
We offer creative and social development pathways for New Orleans’ youth through a multidisciplinary approach that spans eight tracks. In these tracks, you’ll find classes like Sketch Squad, Circus Arts, Set Design, Imagination Nation and much much more!
five Types of Programming
Our eight arts education tracks are woven throughout five different types of programming offered throughout the entire calendar year.
Weekly Afterschool Classes
After the school day ends, join us for extracurricular arts programming for kids ages 5-16. Classes range from mixed media to creative writing and ceramics to D&D.
Seasonal Camps
When school’s not in session, we host rad camps - from Punk Rock Spring Break Camp to Summer Camp to our annual Human Horse Races at Thanksgiving. Options for before and aftercare, too!
Early Childhood Series
We help littles jumpstart neuroplasticity by exposing them to art and music, all while giving caregivers support and a sense of community.
Homeschool Classes
Our professional artist teaching staff supplements homeschool curriculum by offering high-quality arts education during the school day.
Family & Adult Classes
Art isn’t just for kids! We now offer adult-only classes as well as family classes where parents can create alongside kiddos.
