Art Klub, June 10 - 14: Fashion Week

225.00

Ages 5 - 14

This week students will dive into the fantastic culture of costuming through tactile multimedia creations of their own imaginations. At the beginning of the week students create a fashion "look book" of sketches and mixed media collage to plan their costume creations. Each day students will have the opportunity to build or decorate an element of wearable art including hats/crowns, masks, fanny packs, jewelry and more. Workshop includes a field trip to the Material Institute, where campers will take a sewing class and learn how to operate the machines. The week culminates in a fashion show where students can strut their new designs for all to admire.
